This tour starts at the pick-up points in one of two coastal cities, Split or Trogir. After meeting at these destinations, we will drive to Krka National Park. Here some of Croatia’s most striking natural beauty can be experienced, specifically some of the most beautiful waterfalls in the world.

What to Expect

On the National Park Krka Waterfalls from Split and Trogir tour, you will have the chance to explore one of Croatia’s most impressive national parks, Krka, and experience its world famous waterfalls firsthand.

After meeting at the pickup points at either Split or Trogir you will go on a drive through Croatia’s picturesque hinterland until you reach the first destination of the town of Sibenik. Once there you will see some of the cities notable sights and monuments, including the notable the UNESCO protected St. Jacobs Cathedral. After taking in this beautiful manmade wonder, you will depart and finally arrive at the promised destination of Krka National Park.

One of the immediate impressions Krka National Park will have on you is the diversity and beauty of the flora and wildlife. After walking through the forest you will reach the source of Krka’s fame, the Krka river, which flows off and creates seven different and incredible waterfalls.

You will then have time to explore the waterfalls of the park and the unique plants that accumulate around them. Additionally Krka is known for its 221 different bird species which you will also have chance to catch in action. Once exploring the park for the good part of the day, you will then be returning back to either Split or Trogir.
