We visited here in 2017 and had two wonderful meals. We visited again once this year and decided not to come back. The food is excellent although you do pay a premium for the sea view, but the setting and atmosphere are very good indeed. Our waiter was attentive but slightly odd. After we had been given the menus he immediately asked whether we wanted fish or meat. We explained we didn't know yet, but he just kept asking fish or meat. He then bought us some fish to show us. I appreciate what he was trying to do, but it was executed so confusingly. He also kind of stopped us ordering two lots of potatoes with our grilled seafood platters, saying we'll have one spinach and one potatoes instead, we reluctantly agreed then left the spinach as it was poor tasting and hadn't been drained properly. The waiter also felt it necessary to read the bill out listing each item which was another bizarre twist. Service really makes a meal, and judging by our two visits, two years apart, service was the big difference here.

Arriving with no reservation, still wearing beach clothes and with 4 children in our group we were welcomed. Boris our waiter for the evening delivered exceptional service and a memorable experience. The food was great, genuinely delicious, prepared with passion and skill. It was the service that made this a truly 5 star experience, usually children are not very welcome in nice restaurants. Boris went out of his way to make the children feel special. Thank you for a great time!

Fantastic restaurant! The best I've had in Croatia so far. "Ivan Amerigo" was an excellent server: professional and courteous. The food was delicious and authentic, and the portions generous. Will absolutely come back again.

Refreshing seating area outside and cozy inside. The food is really tasty but the portions are kinda smaller than average. We tried 🍤 soup, mixed salad, French fries, bruschetta, two different dishes of fish, pesto pasta and pistachio cheesecake. All were really yummy. The service is overall good and beside the nice vibes.

Very well located restaurant, with view for the sea and good food. One plate was very well served but the other (when compared) was served in a very small portion. Stuff was attentive but giving us enough space to enjoy our meal. Good restaurant with quality food.
