Trg Franje Tuđmana 3, 21000, Split, Croatia
We visited around 10pm before the night time party scene developed. The bar was nearly empty with little atmosphere. We appreciated the thought and effort put into the interior design with its red rusty vibe. The drinks were a bit pricey for the area and the quality was nothing to write home about. I imagine it would be a fun place when busy but we never got to experience it first hand. If you plan to visit, I recommend checking it out late at night on a busy day.
I ordered the chicken burger with truffle sauce on the side. It was processed fried chicken, like something you’d get in a school cafeteria. The truffle sauce wasn’t anything special. Don’t bother with this place there’s plenty of authentic Dalmatian restaurants in Split with beautiful food.
Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff, great music and an amazing atmosphere. Fabrique is one of the few places where you can still feel the heart (and music) beat of the old town at its best. Keep up with the good work!
First things first, the choice and variety of Craft Beers is extremely good. Cannot comment on the food as didn't eat there, the reason we didn't eat there (also the reason for 3 Stars) is the service is appalling, waiting staff more interested in chatting amongst themselves rather than actually serve customers. There are way better bars around this area for you to try !
Good beer selection! Fine food! And a great location. I would return!
