Take in the colorful sights while in port during this full-day, guided tour that includes free time in Vina del Mar. Wander among the brightly colored houses in Valparaiso and see the murals and street art on display here. Ride by funicular to sea level to wander in Vina del Mar where sea lions play on the beach before a wine tasting in the Casablanca Valley.
Your tour starts at 8 am (the pick-up time will be confirmed at your hotel the night before)
Once introductions are finished, you will travel with your guide for roughly 90 minutes, crossing hills and valleys of beautiful agricultural landscapes. Make a stop in a restaurant for a restroom break, where you can also see llamas and alpacas (camelids).
Already in Valparaiso, a city declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, you will walk for more than an hour through Cerro Alegre, place of beautiful murals and colorful houses, eventually descending the hill via one of Valparaiso's funiculars, which are over a century old.
Once you've gotten to flat land, you'll be able to check out the nearby sea lions. After this, you'll board your ground transportation to head to Viña del Mar. Highlighted as the garden city, you're invited to take a stroll along its beaches, meet a Moai statue from Easter Island, and check out a giant flower clock.
In a restaurant for lunch (on your own) you can taste the typical foods of the area before heading out to the Casablanca Valley, where the last stop of your tour will be in the Viña Indómita, where you'll sit down for a wine tasting.
