After browsing the wide selection of water crafts, the boys intended to rent some kayaks. After reviewing the prices, we decided to send it and rent the Larson 1850. Once we arrived, we were greeted with friendly staff. Before embarking on our voyage, the rental process was easy and stress free. After the boat orientation (first time driving a boat) we departed into the lake. The orientation was clear and useful. We soon returned after baking under the sun and was completely satisfied. The vessel was clean and worthy of the lake. All fees and surcharges were well explained in layman terms, making the final payments a breeze. The boys were stoked and would all return again.

Rented a pontoon boat from this company. Overall, the ease of renting was good. The downfall was there were SO MANY HUGE SPIDERS on the boat! Webs everywhere, and one massive one almost crawled on my 3 year old niece from underneath a seat. It was huge. It’s just not something you want to be dealing with when you spend $900 on a boat rental. There were webs covering the steering wheel and everywhere on the roof above, dangling etc. I understand some people may not be bothered by this, but I feel the staff should be thoroughly cleaning the boats before people rent them. I also realize spiders can web and invade a boat overnight but once again, a cleaning of the webs before new guests take the boat out would be nice. These weren’t just little insects - they were giant spiders of different varieties that isn’t worth the risk with small children on board. It just seemed like we kept having to be on guard the whole time instead of enjoying a quite costly experience on the water.

We took a wakeboarding lesson with Greg and had an amazing time. It was my brother’s first time, he managed to get up on his first try with Greg’s instructions. Can’t wait to come back!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Showed up to ask about parasailing was taken aside told an elaborate story by a guy who claimed to be a water and wind guru that the pressure systems were not in favour for him to take a friend and myself parasailing, pointing at the sky like we were suppose to know what he was going on and on about? Oooo k? He threw a bunch of terms and explanations at us that made no sense and seemed like BS, and you know what? Totally was! Anyways we walked over to CASTAWAYS and they were more than happy to take us up into the sky to fly, no problem, should have went there first! We went with another group who apparently were denied services as well, guess you missed out on $280 wind and water expert. Just say you’re done for the day, don’t make up elaborate excuses, makes you and your company look stupid. DONT BOTHER!
