My friend and I went out of our ways to come here during our visit to Vancouver as we saw the hype on Social Media. We were shocked. Sales girls totally ignored us and were glued to their phones, chatting and giggling amongst themselves. On top of that everything was overpriced and lots of items looked like they clearly needed dry cleaning. Super disappointing.

I have been a long-time customer and recently had a really bad experience with one of the sales associates. She was extremely rude and refused to uphold a discount that I discussed the previous day with another associate. Overall, I would not recommend due to the customer service experience I received.

I highly recommend this store to anyone, male or female, who appreciates designer products in pristine condition- at a deep discount! I hv shopped at Holts for over 15yrs. I like Nordstrom as well. However, Mine & Yours beats both of them and has better customer service. Everyone at Mine and Yours is so kind and absolutely lovely to deal with. Kaylee is my absolute fav!! Shes not only highly organized and responsive but her cheery positive energy is a breath of fresh air. I hv dealt with many a pretentious sales person in both stores that sell new designer products and the local ones that sell upscale used items. But Kaylee and Mine&Yours will blow you away with their customer service vibe. Its people like Kaylee and the rest of the staff at Mine&Yours that makes the experience 5 star however that is not to say that the products aren't also on par. I recently bought a pair of white boots for my friend and they were less than 30% of the original cost but looked as though they had never been worn! Nothing is heavily used in the store. Everything looks brand new. It is truly an amazing experience shopping here. If you like nice things and you don't want to spend a fortune or you just simply want more 'bang for your buck' then I HIGHLY recommend this place! I wish all sales staff were as awesome as the girls at Mine & Yours. I spoke to several girls while I was there and every single one of them was pleasant and genuinely cheerful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE!!! Go and see for yourself!!! You can even purchase online and either hv it mailed to you....or pick it up at the store! So convenient! You will be amazed at how large the selection is, the high quality of the merch and the friendly, happy sales ppl. Thank you, Kaylee for the great shopping experience! You hv a loyal customer in me for life :-) Soooo happy I found this GEM of a shop!!!
