Just came back from a much needed vacation in the Bahamas. Beautiful long-weekend in Nassau. Food was great. Beach was amazing. The hospitality at the resort was beyond amazing. Our daughter had a blast in the resort every single day. Patrick was an amazing host at the bar! Cannot wait to return to the Bahamas. Thank you Melia.

This place was pretty terrible. The food choices were what you'd expect from an all-inclusive, plentiful and a bit mundane. The included drinks were sub-par. The resort appears fine at first glance but loses its appeal under further observation. Many of the baseboards are unfinished and roughed-out. The coating on the pool-area ground is peeling and hot tub jets are broken (on both hot tubs). The hotel room doors require a lot of force to operate, the doors sag and need to be yanked up for the mechanism to latch, something we discovered shortly after arriving when another couple pushed into our room unexpectedly. The icing on the cake was the 730am non-optional church service that blared through loudspeakers into every room. Apparently, participation is not optional. Would never come back here and will actively warn others to do not stay here as well.

The hotel is clean though the costumer service is horrible, starting by the staff at concierge to the servers especially female servers!!! They treat u like u owe them a lot or u waste their time - in addition to the servers at the “main tapas “ restaurant they served us 2 families of 7 in total with minimal food little portions they left the kids hungry for ever , even though “it’s all inclusive “ , food is clean but limited kinds .open buffet is very very poor , servers want u to leave as soon as u sit down and if u have leftovers they give u that look like its a crime ! I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Worst Meliá experience I've ever had, since I'm his customer so many years ago. To be honest, maybe my expectations were too high, but this place is not leveled as Meliá Resorts I'm used to visit (and I'm a Platinum Meliá Member). Definitely is needed a wide refurbishment, and a better customer focused training for its staff, in order to be aligned as other Meliá International Resorts. Very focused to USA customer, especially young public, noisy and over drunk. It's a pity my first contact with Bahamas this way, despite weather, beaches, turquoise sea waters are great (the real reason for visiting this nice country).

It's our second time here...so, yes we liked it. The staff were all AMAZING. They all went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. Melinda at the level beach greeted us with a huge smile.
