Love this place, it’s truly a treat to have such an amazing Spa so close to Melbourne. If you visit, have the private mineral bath, it is unique. It’s also the perfect place to “turn off” your phone!

I went to the spa just a few days ago and had a good time, but not a great time. I just went for the bathing pools and found the price to be a bit steep. The view from the pools is beautiful but the pools themselves aren’t very warm and they appear to be quite run down. The jetted pool only had 3 strong jets and they kept shutting off. As well, the area rightfully has a no phone policy but multiple people were taking pictures and the staff did nothing to stop them. The changing rooms are nice and the front desk staff were very kind and patient.

Was okay, we went a second time, paid for the upgraded experience. Two of the upgraded experience pools were unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, made the extra cost mostly negligible. Emailed asking for a refund of the extra cost. Not even a courtesy reply refusing our offer. Lost interested regulars in us.

Like other reviews, the price for the overall experience did not seem worth it. The spa rooms in the sanctuary were not overly impressive. There also seemed to be quite a few people using the facilities at the one time which made it less relaxing. The massage prices were very expensive for the service that you received and the time allocated... The waiting room (pre-massage) and massage rooms were quite cold - given you are waiting in your robe. It would be better if the rooms were heated while you wait around as it would help you relax and get in the zone This was a real shame when you travel a long way only to be met with sub-par facilities / service

Unfortunately I have to agree with the other reviews, I have been many times over the last 15 years but it has become too expensive for what you get. They really need to look at their pricing model and work out how to make it better value for customers. I would suggest incorporating the Sanctuary into the Bathhouse - I would pay no more than $45 - 50 for this combined experience.
