Very nice and cozy place. Go early and avoid the tourists :) not easy to find if you're coming from Theth and you're walking all the way ...
Amazing spot with beautiful blue water. Very cold for swimming in but nice after a hot hike up. There is a restaurant at the Blue Eye and also locals selling cold drinks. We hiked from Theth which took about 2 hours 45 minutes each way. The hike is relatively easy going with a uphill climb for about the last 35 minutes to the Blue Eye.
We did the hike from Buni and climb back. Great journey, less than 6 hrs.... the swim downhill was amazing.
The Blue Eye, a natural pool of turquoise waters fed by a small waterfall, up in the mountains to the southwest of Theth. The walk will take you through forests and steeply up into the mountains; in summer it can get very hot, so you'll probably be keen for a swim when you get to the pool. But, be careful: the water is really cold.
An amazing place you need to walk for an hour from the last point car can reach, the car must be 4by4.
